Yes. Creating an account, building a profile and browsing creators is free for both brands and creators. Payments for bookings are made safely through the platform.
Every creator and every brand is reviewed and approved by our admin team before it appears on the website. This keeps the marketplace safe and trusted.
Choose Join as Brand or Join as Creator, enter your details and confirm your email address using the link we send you. Then complete your profile and submit it for approval.
Check your spam folder, then press Resend confirmation email on your dashboard. If it still does not arrive, raise a request from the Support section or contact us and we will verify it for you.
A profile photo, a bio of at least 100 letters, at least one category, one social media link, your contact number, at least one package and at least one portfolio image.
Packages are the services a creator sells: Reel, Story, UGC Video, Post or Live. Each package has a platform, a title, a price in AED and a delivery time.
You can upload up to 5 images and add up to 12 video links from platforms like Instagram, TikTok or YouTube. At least one image is required.
The blue tick shows that our team confirmed both the creator's identity and their licensed advertiser status. Our team may also add labels like Top creator or Best creator.
Open Verification in your creator dashboard and send a short video saying "Hi Guys, I just join Yallacreator.com". If you hold an advertiser licence, add the proof. You can also add optional supporting documents. Verification is optional.
No. Your contact number is private and only visible to the site administrators.
Open a creator profile, choose a package, write a brief and optionally suggest your own budget. The creator can accept, decline or send a counter offer.
Go to Campaigns in the brand dashboard, add a thumbnail, the brief, creator requirements, deliverables, budget and dates, then submit it. Approved campaigns appear on the Campaigns page.
Yes. Brands can invite creators from the search page. An offered amount is required with every invitation so creators know the budget upfront.
When a creator accepts an offer, the brand pays the platform by debit or credit card (or another method we offer). The platform checks the payment, the creator starts work, and after the brand confirms it is satisfied the money is released to the creator. Once the brand confirms satisfaction the payment is not refundable.
Joining and listing are free. Any platform fee is shown clearly in your dashboard before it applies. Creators are paid into their wallet or bank account after the brand approves the work.
Open the Support section in your dashboard and raise a request. Mark it urgent if it is time sensitive. You can also use the Contact page.
Open the creator profile and use Report this profile at the bottom of the page, or raise a Support request. Our team reviews reports with high priority.
Visit the Delete Account page and send a deletion request. We remove your account and personal data, except records we must keep by law.
